- 1:1 Tutoring: Individual tuition provided by EliteGCSEMathsTuition.
- EliteGCSEMathsTuition: A trading name of Elite Learning and Education Limited.
- Group Courses: Tuition where a minimum of 3 students sign up for the same session.
- Tuition: Services provided by EliteGCSEMathsTuition tutors.
- Tuition Fee: The amount charged for tuition, as detailed on the website.
- You/Customer: The individual registering for tuition.

- Terms and Conditions and Our Policies
2.1 By registering for tuition, you agree to these terms. Tuition provision will be governed by these terms.
2.2 Customers must review EliteGCSEMathsTuition’s safeguarding and privacy policies available on the website. By enrolling in any course, you confirm that you understand and agree to these policies.
- Fees and Payment
3.1 All tuition fees are payable in advance.
3.2 Payments for 1:1 tutoring and group courses must be booked and paid in 4-week blocks. Group courses require at least 3 students for the session to proceed. If fewer than 3 students sign up, alternative arrangements will be made, such as transitioning to 1:1 tutoring or rescheduling the course dates.
3.3 EliteGCSEMathsTuition will invoice you for tuition fees with a payment due date.
3.4 Sessions will be confirmed once payment is made. If the payment is not received by the due date, the session will not proceed.
- Cancellations and Timings
Cancellations by the Client:
4.1 Tuition fees are non-refundable once payment is made.
4.2 If a customer cannot attend a 1:1 session and provides at least 24 hours’ written notice, the tutor will attempt to reschedule. If a new date cannot be agreed within two weeks, the tutor is not obliged to reschedule.
4.3 Group courses will proceed as long as 3 students are available to attend. If fewer than 3 students attend, the session may be rescheduled, but this is not guaranteed.
Cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances:
4.4 If EliteGCSEMathsTuition needs to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided, less any incurred costs.
- Termination
5.1 Tuition will continue until either a mutually agreed termination or failure to pay for any session as outlined in Clause 3.
5.2 Payment for tuition is typically required in 4-week blocks. If you wish to terminate tuition during a block, no refund is available for unused sessions.
- Limitation of Liability
6.1 EliteGCSEMathsTuition is not liable for any loss, damage, or costs incurred from tuition, except where otherwise prescribed by law.
6.2 EliteGCSEMathsTuition aims to enhance student learning, but progress cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for exam failures or school reports.
- Jurisdiction, Entire Agreement, and Governing Law
7.1 These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.
7.2 These terms constitute the entire agreement between EliteGCSEMathsTuition and the customer.
7.3 EliteGCSEMathsTuition reserves the right to amend these terms, with notice given to customers in writing.
